Who: Bat-Mite
Where: Batcave
When: Now!
What: DC door plot starting post! Everything is now wacky~
Warnings: Fanboy
With a pop a very strange creature appeared in the Batcave. He looked like a child with a nasty overbite and a pudgy little tummy dressed in a cheaply made Batman Halloween costume two sizes too big. The round, strange imp floated in the air, large eyes surveying the dark and damp cave as his tiny arms crossed over his chest with an impressive HMPH.
“No, no!” Bat-Mite yelled, waving his stubby arms and legs in the air. “This will not do!” He didn’t sound like a child at all. In fact, the Bat-Mite sounded like one of those fanboys, you know, from conventions. “This is Not My Batman!” He shouted, nasally voice bouncing off the cave and scaring those poor squeaking bats. “What am I going to do?” Bat-Mite asked, floating this way and that like an obese cloud.
The answer was obvious, of course. Turn on the machine. Turn on the machine that your feeble three dimensional minds could not possibly comprehend. “Yes, of course. If you want a Gotham that doesn’t make any sense, well boy do I have a treat for you!” Bat-Mite told the bats who were not very interested in any of this to begin with. The biggest fanboy of Batman ever decided that the only way to fix Gotham was to mess it up and show those silly characters just exactly how they got it all wrong.
PING!
The machine turned on and Gotham started to swirl, swirl, swirl until everything was not as it seemed.
