[It takes some time, once Luke allows him through the door, to effectively utilize the money Justine provided in order to establish a fund that, while acting as a branch of the Wayne Foundation, is also recognizably separate from it.

Thus, the Tony Stark Fund is born, providing financial assistance to the families of both deceased and critically ill victims of Ra's virus. This includes, but is not limited to, funeral services, burial arrangements, child support, and day to day expenses. True to his word, Bruce invests no money of his own, as the Wayne Foundation has separate funds established and Wayne Enterprises itself has pledged assistance to improving hospitals, medical facilities, and equipment in order to better prepare the city in the future.

The relevant information, including video of press conferences and newspaper coverage, are stored in a file sent to both Pepper and Justine via Bruce's phone. There is no accompanying message; he doesn't think one is neccessary.]

Stark Industries puts out a press release explaining about a lab accident unrelated to the evacuation incident.  That news is mostly overshadowed by the fact that Tony Stark was in the lab when the accident occurred and that he didn't survive.  Stark Industries zips its lips as a whole and Pepper's only statement - "He is- was, excuse me, a brilliant man who did extraordinary things.  Now, if you'll excuse me, I'd like to mourn in peace." Video footage shows her walking away as questions about the Iron Man suit are shouted after her.  Speculation runs rampant about what will happen with the technology and the government is already circling.  Funeral arrangements are published as well, though the wake and funeral itself are closed to the general public.

[Faxed to his lab are the papers for a contingency plan concerning the future of the company.  It is handed over to Virginia Potts immediately upon his death, though the plans indicate that the Vice President (or whoever it is that's directly beneath her on the corporate food chain) will run the day to day business of the company for a minimum of six months.  The paperwork stipulates that a psychologist must sign off on Virginia returning to take over. The most recent version of his will is also faxed to him.  The message comes via JARVIS]

The deal is done and I now have a house. It will be nice to move out of the Wynn. The deal for this house will be signed Monday, cash delivered, and it's mine. I know there are some there that just hate to see me leave the Wynn.
