As soon as the WHO and the CDC confirm it, this information is shared with the hospitals and clinics of Gotham and affected cities. Looting, riots, and other various acts of violence break out across those cities that are already taxed by trying to maintain quarantines.

The information relayed comes too late to save Johnny Masterson, who dies early in the morning from DIC and multiple organ dysfunction.

Mary Masterson will die this afternoon in ICU, the first healthy adult to die of the virus; John Masterson will die tonight. Within hours of his death, crew and other passengers of both flights he flew on will also expire. It continues to ravage the young, the elderly, and those with compromised immune systems.

A vaccine and/or cure is first priority and currently being researched.

[As of early this morning the Beast's servants are no longer so accommodating. They make themselves scarce when approached (judging from the patter of invisible steps). Anyone still present in the castle must go down to the kitchens to get something to eat, and the moving plates are shoved into their hands before they're hustled off quickly.

The West Wing has been entirely destroyed and blocked off by what looks like half the ceiling. The Beast departs the castle from a tower by wing just before sunrise and returns at sunset on the days he's through the door. Being caught on the grounds seems to be an extremely bad idea, as the invisible servants have taken to locking doors.]

[It was only going to be locked to Faust, but, on second thought, he decided to include Rose as well.]

What has happened to the castle? The servants no longer come up to the tower, and seem to flee when they see me are they frightened of me, suddenly now has everything in the world become reversed. And the West part of the castle is blocked, yet nothing else is damaged.

I think we're there with the vaccine. Obviously I can't test it on anyone, but from this end it looks good. Tony, if you want to double check it would be great.

This bullshit back home is going to make me crazy This place is fucking disappointing me lately with severe boredom. At least the people through the door are blowing shit up and doing magic tricks and shit. I came back here, and all people want to talk about is being sick or whatever.

So, theoretical question - ever fucked someone you didn't know and snuck out before they woke up? And why'd you do it? Because you felt like it? Because they told you they loved you in the middle of sex and you felt like that was kind of a sign of being badly adjusted? Because you couldn't deal with the awkward no exchanging of phone numbers conversation? Because you saw that collection of leather working tools on the coffee table and basically assumed they were going to murder you? Because you were too cheap to buy breakfast?
