So I guess someone thought it would be a fun to set the murderously insane loose on Gotham. Considering they used plants as a weapon, I can't imagine who it could have been.

If it's any consolation, if I find any of the inmates attacking someone, I'm going to kill them and hold the person who set them free responsible for every innocent person they've hurt. Just a word to the wise.
