[Harley has taken Ivy's advice and has begun planning something.  It's big - she isn't sure what it is yet, exactly - and it requires a bit of financing.  Jewelry stores and banks get hit over the course of the last week or so by a woman dressed in black and red. Images from security feeds show a blonde but otherwise, she keeps her features hidden from the cameras.  There are also unexplained break-ins at Gotham Zoo.   Nothing is taken and none of the animals have been harmed in any way, but there's evidence that someone's been in the Hyenas' cage and they're becoming a bit less friendly to the Zoo staff, two in particular.]

We at The Wynn Las Vegas will be hosting a concierge contest that will be starting on Thursday, May 10 at midnight and will run until Thursday, May 17 at midnight. This event is open to both guests and potential guests of The Wynn in honor of Mother's Day.

The rules are as follows:
(1) Each guest, or potential guest, can request up to three extreme favors of the concierges during this time at The Wynn. This can be anything such as: concert tickets, dinner or lunch reservations, arranged tours of Las Vegas or surrounding areas, guided entrance to local casinos, and much more. The guests, and potential guests, must inform the concierge who is being entered into this contest and why they think that their mother should deserve to win.
(2) Each potential guest who enters in the contest and does not win a prize is welcomed to stay at The Wynn for (1) free weeknight stay, with full compliments of the hotel.
(3) Each guest who enters and does not win will also receive a free weeknight stay, valid for up to one year from May 17.
(4) The contest will conclude May 17 at The Wynn with a buffet dinner and surprise special guest star performer. The buffet dinner will cost $50 for entry. This includes unlimited food and drinks as well as the entertainment for the evening.

I was at the Hallmark store today, and I noticed that there really are very few true to life Mother's Day cards. There are lots of ones involving flowery language and talk of God and blessings, but nothing really useful. I think perhaps Hallmark needs to take some suggestions such as:

Happy Mother's Day to the reason I left home at 18.

Happy Mother's Day to my father's new wife who is only 5 years older than I am.

Happy Mother's Day, Nanny! Thank you for raising me while my mom was husband hunting!

Happy Mother's Day, TV! Raising American youth.

Any other suggestions?

Flowers, along with a brochure for the Spa and a phone number is written at the top. If/When called, Ms. Robinson will be greeted by name and assured that anything scheduled is free of charge. The business card for the Wynn's Personal Shopper is included as well, who will take Ms. Robinson shopping for a formal dress, nightclub attire, shoes, and accessories, all on the house. Two tickets to Le Reve, to be redeemed at a show of her choosing, along with a private table for two at any of the ten Fine Dining restaurants at the Wynn. She will also have the use of a VIP booth at any of the night clubs on Wynn/Encore property. A plain white envelope is leaning against the vase of flowers with MS ROBINSON written in big block letters. Inside is a note, hand written on Wynn letter head.
