Hello, it's Ruby bringing in Julianne Wilkes whom several of you know! There have been some tweaks to fit her better here!
• She's still your happy socialite, barely gets by answering questions pertaining to extreme purist ideals, has conformist tendencies (though if put in a position to lead, will do so rather well), and ruled by more by her heart than her head.
• Summer of '75, there was a Leaky Cauldron bombing. Her twin, Jacqueline, died there. That said, Jacqueline was a former Slytherin and very verbal on pureblood superiority. Julianne usually just stood to the side smiling and nodding as Jacq discouraged her from being part of pureblood politics.
• The Wilkes shed their nouveau riche title about two generations ago. Her father is part of the Aristocracy.
• Her brother George is a DE and Juls found out sometime last year.
• Juls volunteered at the WI over the summer and winter hols while she was at Hogwarts and was groomed to aid setting up charities/sister organisations for part of the WI as soon as she graduated. She'll look the other way when something doesn't sit right with her.
