Entrance
Guests are greeted at Augustina's home by an house elf who takes their cloaks and hats and leads them through to the back of the house; there, several tables are set up with the starting amuse bouche, and floating trays offer small glasses of sherry to whet the appetite. The guests are greeted by their hostess, Augustina Summerby, who is flanked by Evadne Lestrange. Both ladies are flawlessly made up, though Evadne remains in her black mourning attire.

Dinner
When all the guests have arrived and socialised for a brief amount of time, the amuse bouche is retired and they are seated at a comfortable table with Augustina at the head and Evadne directly to her right. The courses are served at a comfortable pace, leaving ample time for both conversation and digestion.

Salad Course:
sauvignon blanc	greens with grilled mushroom, chanterelles and truffle mayonnaise	spinach salad with feta, yellow peppers and balsamic vinaigrette.
Poultry Course:
pinot noir	duck prosciutto	roast goose
Dessert Course:
riesling	assorted fruit	lemongrass, poppy seed and red currant teacakes

Socialising
After dinner, warm drinks are served in order to aid digestion and provide a comfortable segue into dancing. Speaking of dancing, the adjacent room, into which guests will be led after their drinks, has a variety of cool drinks and very small hors d'oeurves to enjoy, as well as a large dancing area. A piano hugs the corner, where Augustina will take up her seat until she's gently removed by Evadne to the dance floor.
