SO post links to places to download music, upload songs from your ipod, watch tv shows/movies online, photobuckets with cute pixels, photobuckets for cute background images, ripping songs off of myspace, online shopping places, and whatever else people ask a lot for. I was watching 60 Minutes last night and I've been thinking about this story all day. For those who feel the article is tl;dr it's basically talking about a prosecutor who wants to charge drunk drivers with murder instead of vehicular manslaughter because the former carries a much harsher sentence. Personally, I'm all for it. I know I'm slightly biased because my mother was almost killed by a drunk driver but I'm curious: what do you guys think about this issue? I apologize in advance if this has already been discussed ad nauseum.

What's a daily thing you LOVE doing?
I actually loooove taking showers. Haha. It's just very relaxing for me. I work for an environmental company and they would freak if they found out that from time to time I enjoy a nice twenty - sometimes thirty - minute shower but whatever. It's de-stressing to me. It's like the ultimate alone time or something. In fact...I'm off to go shower right now! :)

i always kind of float around between expensive and cheap shampoos and conditioners, picking more for scent than for anything else.. i've only really found one brand that i DON'T like, fructis.. it makes my wavy hair very flat and hard to style so i kind of have to straighten it.
does anyone know if the head and shoulders shampoo and conditioners really as good as the commercials say? on another note... what are your favorite hair products (shampoo, conditioner, etc)?

i applied for an assistant manager position at a buckle clothing store, but...

I just got an email from my mom that she sent to everyone saying to pray for her boyfriends grandaughter. It said that she was in very critical condition and had a fractured skull and internal bleeding. I started crying when I read this, because when I met her she was the sweetest baby I'd ever met. It said something about the fbi and forensics investigating, but I don't want to just assume that her parents did something to her. But I hope, so hard that they didn't, because this just makes me sick. I replied and asked her what happened, but I probably wont find out until tomorrow, even if she knows anything. I hope she replies and lets me know.
