Rhys was the kindest, most compassionate person I've ever known. He only ever did what he believed was right. He was brilliant and patient and caring and good and I will love him for the rest of my life.

Before you took him, he was brushing out tangled puffskein fur and baking cookies. He wasn't mouthing off or bombing parties or planning an insurrection. He was living a quiet life running a bed and breakfast before you took that from him, too.

You killed him for nothing and I hope you rot in hell.

Though we still can't figure out exactly how, the Death Eaters found our house and Imperiused me into confessing I was in the order. And ruined my vegetable garden. Thankfully, Thaddeus scared the Death Eater away, so I was able to contact Lina, grab the cats, and flee. We're safe and Lina is making sure there aren't any residual Imperius things left over or what not. Made it almost twenty-six years without them figuring it out, so. Suppose that's it for the time being.

Oh! And congratulations, Hestia. Sounds like it was quite the tournament.

Hugo, good show at your duelling tournament! For those of you who attended, I think discussions regarding duelling styles and potential weaknesses observed of known and suspected Phoenixes will help us well and into the future.

Further, allow me the particular honour of affording congratulations to the live coverage -- the spectacle known as #theendofanauror. Every inch of ground we hold against the liberal trash polluting our culture means another life saved, another important aspect of our culture that we can safely cherish.

Finally, perhaps there are some of you who are consumed by doubt. We have experienced loss. We are beset by challenges as we attempt to secure our future. Some might even suggest that the militant way in which we uphold our ideals and beliefs isn't worth it. That the losses are too great.

To that I say - have hope. Some of us have been fighting this war for many years. And, for the first time, I see the blessed promise of an end.
