The Colour of Magic adaptation has a website.

I have such conflicting feelings about this. Another Discworld movie yay! The setpieces yay! Tim Currey, Chris Lee, Sean Astin yay! I like Sir David too, but. But. Rincewind is not that old at that point, or has that body build, and Twoflower wtf I still think he should be Asian. :( :( NOW 'INTERESTING TIMES' MAKES NO SENSE ARGH. Yet it is Sean Astin so I can't hate him. I just can't. I AM SO CONFUSED.

Yeah, I have mixed feelings about the casting too (although not about Christopher Lee because he is 100% awesome), but I enjoyed the Hogfather adaptation, so I'm sure this'll be a good watch too.

Christopher Lee is perfect for Death's voice, that's an example of a great actor in just the right place. I like the other actors too - that I recognize - but yeah.

I share your casting-type ambivalence. I love them all, but...I'm never sure about converting Discworld books to movies at the best of times, but it won't stop me from watching it.

No, me neither. Still, I had no such objections to the casting of Hogfather.
