Here's a question. It says in the asylum info that Discworld-related fanworks are also welcome here, but not a lot of people seem to post them here, especially fanfic, so I feel a little iffy about it myself. (And as I recall, there was a wankfest over the very concept of fanfiction on the Discworld community over at Livejournal in the past, which makes me even more reluctant.)

So, do you know of an active DW fic/art asylum here on Insanejournal, or if there isn't one, would anyone be interested in one?

	I think the problem can fairly easily be solved by having separate communities for those who like fic and those who want straight news... That's sort of why I'd rather not post fic/art here, but have another community for it. I searched Insanejournal, and it seems they don't have a Discworld-only fan creations asylum. Oh, I figured you meant Discworld-works-in-general! I was just sayin', in case anyone is interested. It's a mirror to the comm of the same name over on LJ, but so far the only thing on it is a f-locked Teatime fanmix by Yours Truly. I need to poke

fidrich to repost her Teatime fic there, because it's astounding, and maybe if Hayz gets an IJ she'd repost some of her awesome Teatime pics.

	Personally I'd enjoy seeing both fanworks and discussions here, but also I'd join a seperate asylum for that if that would be more comfortable. I'm easy like that. (Reply to this)

	There isn't a lot of DW fic, actually - but it's out there, I've found it on fanfiction.net and a couple of LJ communities, and I rather like writing DW ficlets and drawing arts. Hence the question. :D Would you be interested in a separate DW fancreations community? (Reply to this) (Parent)
