Hi everyone!
This will be last modpost for Trials, so huzzah! We will leave the communities open, if you're itching to post logs for the next few weeks, but otherwise, the game is effectively over.
We just wanted to take a moment to appreciate everyone that joined us on this short little journey through the trials and tribulations that all of our characters were put through for the past few months. We appreciate everyone that brought such creative plot to the table, and we also want to thank each and every one of you for being patient with us when things weren't as smooth sailing. There were a lot of difficult themes explored during the course of the game, and we want to thank you for your due diligence in being aware of the dark themes and putting out warnings and notices, when they were necessary. We know that the Battle of Hogwarts took a lot of work, but we couldn't have done it without you, and for that, we are eternally grateful. Planning and executing the Battle of Hogwarts took several weeks of exhaustion from both Nat and I, but we are so proud of the end result and we wouldn't do it any other way.
I (Ronnie) also want to take a moment to give two shout-outs:
Most of you know that there will be a Trials-compliant game, focusing on the reconstruction and rebuilding of the wizarding world. For those that weren't aware, head on over to rebuilds so we can continue this journey. I want to wish both Nat and Bronte all the very best for a successful game.
And thank you all, once again, for bringing your creativity and flexibility and general awesomeness to Trials. We couldn't have done it without you guys!

- CATE: Thank you, Cate! ♥ Cate had to step down as a moderator halfway through the game due to personal reasons, unfortunately. Without the help that she provided at the game's initial conception (including all the mod journals & community names), we wouldn't be where we are right now. She was instrumental in coming up with plot ideas, and coming up with all the fun (!) plot for Muggle Studies and Dark Arts. Cate's drive and focus are both reasons why Trials ran its successful course, and I am so grateful that she was able to join us through this game.
- NAT: Nat stepped into a mod role while Cate was also there, and she took to it seamlessly. She came up with so many great ideas herself, and once Cate had stepped down, Nat took on more weight and did more than her fair share. She was instrumental in the execution of the entire plot surrounding the Battle of Hogwarts, and we had many days of lengthy conversations on the phone (despite being in completely non-compatible timezones) and she never once got frustrated with me! Thank you, Nat! ♥
