Here is an update of on some of the interesting new communities or events on IJ that are fandom related.


These are just some places I found that I have joined or looked interesting. If you see anything out there that looks like it could be of interest, please feel free to post it to the community. The members here are from all different fandoms, you never know who may be around :)


I've really been getting into Harry Potter of late. These are a few communities I found that I have been enjoying:

bellatrix100 - very new, great for Bella fans
malfoy100 - Malfoy prompts
hp_prompts - All of HP and some great ficlets so far!
hpicons - great place to find and share icons
malfoycentric - lots of great stuff coming through here!


I haven't seen any Xena communities yet. If anyone runs across one, let me know.

Wonderful new community if you love to write. 50episodes I just signed up the other day. It's a prompt community and panfandom, however you don't need to write a full fic. This is for unfinished scenes and ficlets. If you are like me and stuck with lots of plot bunnies, it's a great way to get them out of your head and see what happens.

Over on my IJ, I made some icons and wallpapers for Lucius, Bella, Xena and Sean Bean, wrote a Lucius/Narcissa response to BBtPC and did several ficlets.

Speaking of bbtp_challenge, it was a huge event! Lots of people participated, and check out the results when you can. Based on the response, there is a new challenge that has been set up: ides_of_march for March 2008.
