Dgray-man community for the fans.

Hello all, this is your moderator. I know I've been quiet as far as mods go, but I've been gathering together some ideas to help boost our activity.

I noticed before it was a bit difficult to find ficiton, discussions, artwork, and icons that had been posted months ago or even the short span of a week. So instead of you having to sort through all those entries, I'll be working on an archive and tagging posts so they can be archived easier.

Now we come to somethings I'd like a bit of feedback on.

In the livejournal community sometimes people posted questions (for cosplay, fics, art, etc) or requested for pictures. I was wondering if you would find a community for this or a post linked to the user info to be more user friendly.

Secondly, a monthly challenge to keep writers and artists active. I'd release a prompt that you could interpret however you wished, and the deadline for all posts would be the end of the month. Yay or nay?

As always feel free to give me suggestions on how to improve this community for us all. Thank you for your time.

Good afternoon. This is that screened post you've heard about. I'm the main moderator (Hope to have more soon) of this community and I'm open to whatever questions no matter what they are. From requests for affiliation, general questions, suggestions for improvement, serious issues, it all matters and can be asked about here.

As stated in the user info this post has all comments screened. So in the case of serious matters and things that are becoming issues please leave me a way to contact you so things can be kept screened. We do this so that complaints and grievances that are in need of a Mod’s attention will not be put under fire by others and cause drama. As well as to make certain no idea is labeled stupid and thus not voiced in fear and shyness.

Heck I know I'd have asked many questions of some moderators in various places if such a thing as this was offered. To repeat no idea is stupid, this is a way to protect all those ideas and keep them from being labeled that way.

As also put on the user info, you're free to contact me through those other methods. I love to hear from you all and listen to your take on things. I don't mind it if all you wish to say is just a greeting. Its communication and I feel that is very important between a mod or a mod team to the people of their communities.

For that reason I now will include a larger list of how to contact me. As time goes on and we gain a moderation team, it would be wonderful if they would feel comfortable enough to include their contact info here.
