That was very true, Horizon had pretty much saved them from destitution and had set up some semblance of an economy, if not a slightly shaky one which seemed to be struggling with the severe lack of supplies, but it was as close to normal as they were probably ever going to get. Kenzie would never dream of complaining to Horizon about anything, not even the recent supply problem, merely for the fact that she didn't want to seem ungrateful of what she's been given; a job she loved, a reasonably good flat and all the essentials around if they're needed. It all added up to something of a comfortable life compared to what she could have had.
Kenzie wiped her nose with a tissue before glancing around, muttering a quick apology before everybody went back to whatever they were talking about. She used to get embarrassed about sneezing all the time when she had a cold, but it happened so often it wasn't worth the effort anymore. "Yeah," she replied, somewhat despondently, "again." She shoved the tissue back in her pocket before continuing with a smile. "Anyway, like I was saying, you haven't missed much. We just took a quick look around the place."
