Who: Miles Bletchley and George Weasley When: Wednesday, September 23rd, 1997; late afternoon Where: Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes at Number 93, Diagon Alley What: Miles goes to Diagon Alley and randomly wanders into the Weasleys' store. Rating: PG-13 at the very most.
After speaking to his father about joining the guard at Hogwarts and gaining approval from Severus Snape on the issue, Miles headed to Diagon Alley to pick up a few things he thought he might need while back at his old school. Namely a new broom servicing kit, a few books to read if he was bored and other random doodads. Miles wasn't sure what drove him to want to go back to Hogwarts, but the rumblings from the students about the marriage law had him intrigued to see exactly how they were acting. It was one thing to hear gossip through the journals, but it was completely different to be around to witness it. Plus, there were a few girls he left behind that he wouldn't mind catching up with. His small date with Olivia in Hogsmeade had definitely made him want to go back for a bit of time.
First stop was Quality Quidditch Supplies and then on to Flourish & Blotts. Miles left toting a few random bags and was on his way to the Owl Emporium when he remembered his owl needed a new bag of treats. He only made it halfway there before seeing the Weasleys' busy joke shop. Miles stood outside for several minutes deciding whether or not it would be worth it to go inside. There seemed to be a ton of people inside and Miles was intrigued. He remembered his wife-to-be, Lisa Turpin, saying how there was never a dull moment with the Weasley twins. Miles remembered their antics and finally decided to set foot inside the establishment.
It didn't take very long for one of the Weasley twins to approach him.
