Residence: Ronkonkoma, NY. Though when I'm in school it's Stony Brook, NY
Occupation: Student, sometimes I work part-time at a stationery store selling cigarettes and lotto cards to people who probably shouldn't be buy either.
Hobbies: Writing, RPing, watching movies, going shopping, getting into trouble, pretending to be more artistic than I really am. When I'm at school I enjoy exploring different things on campus, making new friends, dancing even without music playing, learning new things, making up words, trying new foods, attempting to cook. (I'm not quite sure how many of these are legitimate hobbies, but I treat them as though they are. ^.^)
Fandoms: current: Harry Potter is basically all I RP now, I used to do a lot of MWPP era, now I do more Trio Era or post-Hogwarts Trio. I'd be really interested in doing a next-gen whatwith what was divulged in the Epilogue. Let me know if there are any good recruiting ones. previous: I have RPed One Tree Hill, The OC, Gossip Girl (books and television show plot-wise), Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel the Series and those are all the main ones.
Favorite CANON HP Pairing: Well, I'd have to say that's a tie between Harry Potter/Ginny Weasley, and perhaps Nymphadora Tonks/Remus Lupin.
Favorite FANON HP Pairing: Hmm, I've done some interesting ones, My Ginny and Nikki's Seamus for instance-- which is funny since I'm usually such an H/G shipper.Sometimes I like Carrow-cest. I don't tend to get hung up over pairings unless they're really random and out of character, I'm very go-with-the-flow. I like ones that shock me a bit but also make sense. edit I love Sirius Black/Dorcas Meadowes. They rock it like woah.
Favorite HP book(s): Oh, well...I really loved the third and sixth, I'd have to say those two win. Seventh was pretty brilliant. Basically after I finished the third one I was so extremely addicted that when new ones came out I wouldn't eat or sleep until I finished them, it definitely made my HP addiction worse.
Favorite HP character(s): Well, in terms of reading, I love Hermione and Ginny. I've always been a fan of Oliver Wood and the Weasley twins as well. When it comes to RPing though, I really enjoy the obscure sort of characters that you can do a lot of development with without messing up canon, like Mandy Brocklehurst or Orla Quirke. I play them often.
Least Favorite HP character(s): Well, I don't know if there's ever been a character I truly disliked, they always made it interesting. I suppose while reading the books I wasn't a big fan of let's say Crabbe or Goyle because I wasn't interested in them and their lack of...anything really plot-moving. To play, I once attempted to play Ron and can't do it for the life of me. I applaud everyone who does because they often do it well, I butchered it and thus couldn't enjoy it.
Random piece of information about you: I have a few: My dream is to write a script and actually have it made into a Hollywood film, I'd love it if Quentin Tarantino were involved in it because I love his style (favorite film is Resevoir Dogs). And I'd probably want to cast the most random assortment of people in it too (starring Al Pacino or Tim Roth, cameos from the likes of Johnny Knoxville ^.^'). It all really stemmed from a project in high school where we had to make a movie script adaptation of Sir Gawain & The Green Knight, cast it with celebrities, and design a set, and a few of my cast were HP movie actors (Rupert and Gary for instance).
That's all. You probably think me silly and long-winded by now. Which isn't too far from the truth.
