I like the plot ideas, especially the first two, as well as Drew's added suggestion about the Cure. It could be good to see some plot involving one of the many mutant hate groups (FoH, Church of Humanity, maybe even the U-Men). Maybe stuff with the MRA could even go as far as doing prenatal tests for the x-gene or news or rumors of the government's wanting population control on mutants by forced tubal ligations and vasectomies or monetary incentives for mutants to have these procedures done.
