hi this is ketsu and I was just going to edit my OOC intro for Fletcher and be like "oh yeah I'm playing Golbez from FF4 too", and that is what I did at first, but then I realized I actually have a decent reason to make another post here. TWO BIRDS ONE STONE

Useful browser extensions for Insanejournal that you might want to have!!!

As you might know, Insanejournal is kind of a pain. Here are some useful Firefox addons that make it less painful! If you have others you want to share (especially for non-Firefox browsers because I don't obsessively track those), go ahead and comment.

Greasemonkey
- Thread unfolder
- IJ user popup - Pops up a menu like the one LJ has when you hover over a userinfo icon or a userpic.
- Insanejournal userwho - Lets you leave notes for IJ users, similar to the LJ Notes feature.
- IJ skins class adder - I'm not really sure what this is but apparently it fixes some of the CSS on the site so that Stylish scripts will work.

Stylish
- IJ Detweaked - Removes Tweak and his quotes
- Simple icons - Replaces the tiny icons around the site with cuter ones! NEVER SEE TWEAK AGAIN.
-- Here's a style I threw together to get rid of the userinfo images no matter what page you're viewing them on, since the above style only affects sitescheme pages.
- Some other IJ skins if you want to change the way the site looks. A lot of them require the IJ skins class adder script for Greasemonkey.

Other addons
- LJLogin (Chrome version) - You... you do already have this, right? (It should work for Firefox 6, but the next time Firefox updates you'll also need the addon compatability reporter to make LJLogin work, thanks to Mozilla's obsession with the numbers game.)
- Lazarus - Never again lose a tag because the connection timed out or your browser crashed!
