Okay, I think it's safe to say that this whole week has been weird. I'm so anxious and can't seem to really relax and I feel like I'm just annoying everybody. I have less this weekend than I thought I would; I have my Holocaust project presentation written up. The paper part shouldn't take long and then I need to finish reading and writing the paper for British Empire. Those are both due on Wednesday, so if I can get it done this weekend, I'll be really happy.

Once all of that is done, I will finally be able to relax. I still have to study for finals, but that shouldn't be bad at all, as I only have Italian (easy) and Medieval Europe. And then I will be DONE WITH UDALLAS FOREVER.

BUT YES!

Anybody want to write an easy-going, happy thread or log with me this weekend? I need something happy.

Can anyone tell me why some people that I add don't get bolded on my 'friend of' list? Because that's generally how I tell who has newly added me, so that I can add them back, but now there are a handful that just refuse to turn bold and every time I check I try to add them again only to realize they're already added. Ideas?

Basically it comes from my favorite Greek legend, of Atalanta, the girl that said she'd marry anyone that could catch her in a race. Today has been a very strange day. I woke up to my mom texting me to close the garage door-- our door's been broken for a while and I can't seem to fix it. We have to hold the button down to override the safety just to get the garage door to close and it's a pain in the butt but anyways yes! So I went out to do it and there was stuff falling from the sky that looked suspiciously like snow but because it's Texas it was water as it hit the ground. But twenty minutes later there was snow starting to stick and my car was covered in it by the time I was getting ready to leave.

I was really hoping my classes would be canceled, but alas, I am here until five o'clock today. I thought we don't have Medieval Europe anymore, but I heard that we're supposed to have a review session so he wants us to show up but I have nooooo idea. So I'm waiting here to see what happens. I have mini-goals, though, to help me get everything done.

Tonight I would like to finish my Italian homework and get through as much of the last part of AoaUI. Tomorrow it would be nice to get a good chunk of the research/notes I need for my paper, so that I can have that paper written and finished by Saturday, leave Sunday for my British Empire paper, and Tuesday to put all my slideshow/presentation stuff together.


Of course, nothing ever works out as I plan it, so we shall see!
