My mom wants to do this dinner thing. With my brother. And me. She's all like 'bring a friend, it'll be fine', but I think I might leap over the table and kill him.

I seem to be settling in well, so thank you to those who have been of assistance with all that. I'm looking for a job and hope to find one soon, but until then I've been trying to keep myself occupied by learning the layout of this place so I can get around easier. And, more importantly, so I know where to avoid.

I've... been unable to find a church here as of yet, so I've been praying on my own. So far, it hasn't helped. If anyone would like to join me, please let me know. Except you Adam, you're not allowed. Neither is Lilith for that matter.

It's probably too much to ask that Adam and Lilith find better uses of their time than taunting me with their continued existences, and that I might possibly meet someone kind, sweet, and willing to help me finally achieve the happiness that seems to have stayed behind in Colorado, but it's worth a shot. Also, I truly hope that nobody is able to see what I've erased; I should become better at not even starting to express such thoughts, but it's much harder to hold my tongue than people think.

Okay, so it took me a few days to come to terms with this latest weirdness, but apparently this is some sort of alternate dimension? I suppose I can be happy I'm not a blacksmiths' apprentice in this place, though it'd be nice to find some people I know... though I've managed to pocket enough money and shiny trinkets to make me just a bit giddy. Score.

Where could a gentleman such as myself procure one of those- frilly, foamy little coffee drinks, or whatever the equivalent is in this...universe?

I only ask because I'm craving an iced peanut butter mocha, and I'm not exactly equipped to make any of that.

I've been updated on my [...] situation and informed that I might as well get comfortable here. I can't say that I understand, nor that I would have chosen this myself, but we all can do nothing more than accept what hand we are dealt, and this is no different. If anyone knows a place where a lowly counselor could find work, I would be much obliged.

I'm not gonna say I'm used to weird shit, but at least this place seems to have working toilets and technology, so wherever it is it's cool with me. Plus, like that other guy said, no school.

The only real issue I have is I guess this means no Bruno Mars concert for me. There's good money gone right down the drain.

Not mortal in terms of 'alive', mind you, I'm much past that, but mortal as in- not a god, not a great religious figure, not really anything. Just Erik. And I have to assume that's all right. I'm strange enough without being connected to that sort of thing, I'd imagine.

Regardless, if you're new, I can offer you a bit of shelter, but I can't easily supply food or an actual bed, being that I don't really use either of those things. But, I have blankets if you need them, and running water. And paper. Loads of paper.

Combine a murderer, a misogynist, a mama's boy, and a sweet little homemaker, and what else can you have but the most touching first family reunion? It brings a tear to my eye.

All I had wanted was to pick up some groceries, but instead I find myself in some strange place... at least it seems I'm not the only stranger here. I will not ask where it is we are or how we got here, though I would appreciate it if someone could point me towards a place to stay. I have some money, if that helps...

It's good to know that I am not alone in the sudden displacement from my home. This city looks beautiful as I have spent the day walking it trying to find maps of where it is located exactly. So many people looked at me strangely when I asked and then didn't even give me an answer.

Like Riley said. For all those new guys who might want to earn a little extra cash by fighting. I manage Designate This and would love to see what you have to bring us. You normal old humans can play too if you think you can handle it, but if you're not somehow empowered by whatever means, you probably won't last.
