It wasn't really a shock that Dumbledore was making all his students see a psychologist. Cassandra didn't have personal experience with one, but she knew what they were about. When you had emotional problems, you went to one. The psychologist would tell you what to do, and you wouldn't have problems anymore. Or something like that. The key word in this appointment would be telling. Cassandra had a boatload of emotional issues, but she hid them. Aurelie knew, and now Evan knew. That was it. In the entire school. For a girl who loved gossip, she had done a remarkable job of keeping secrets.
Letting herself out of class a bit earlier than she needed to, Cassandra walked slowly down the halls. He kitten keels clicked along the floor and echoed through the hallway. Eventually, she found the place she was supposed to be. Without knocking in the door, Cassandra walked in and looked around.
No one here. So apparently fancy psychologist didn't have a secretary. Or maybe he did and she was out. Regardless, Cassandra didn't have anything to do but wait. Wait until he was ready for her. It was only a half an hour appointment, he couldn't get too deep, could he? And then Cassandra would go back to denying her problems and instead planning parties and social gatherings.
