It was dark enough that the sun had killed any residual heat in the castle. Cameron was bundled up for a reason. As a very particular personality, he found that he was the most unhappy when he was cold. He was wrapped in his robes, though he also had two sweaters underneath. He followed the perimeter of the wall, his footsteps were so quiet the he scared a small traveling girl pack who scattered as he 'crept' up on them. He was pleased as he reached their spot and then slipped into the crevice of the wall so he could wait for her.
He had closed his eyes after a few moments, hoping that she would be swift in her arrival. He had missed her in the time that they had been away. But he couldn't stand the fact that she was a muggleborn, but he cared for her in some odd way. If anyone in Slytherin caught wind, however, he would be the laughing stock of the house and she would be in danger. Which is why he only allowed the right side of his face to peek around the wall. She wasn't there; he drifted back into the hiding hole and shut his eyes, the hammer of his heart was the soundtrack to the time he spent waiting for her.
