"If you're a friend, do you realize just what time it is right now...young man?" Gerald asked with authority, though amused all the same. Late night visitors like for Master Flint - though extremely rare - always tended to turn out interesting.
Before Gerald could hear the response from the young man outside, a voice behind him interrupted the conversation.
"Just who are you speaking to, Gerald?" Marcus asked with interest. He had come down from his bedroom seeking a late night snack and there was no answer in the kitchen. Marcus had assumed that Gerald was still sleeping, which would have been unusual since the man had habit of staying up as late as Marcus, particularly on the weekends while Marcus ran his club.
"A young man outside with green eyes, wishing to see you, Master Flint," Gerald told Marcus, then held down the muggle intercom so they could both hear Harry from outside.
