Well, since Megan lived and worked in the same place, and Susan lived at her work at Hogwarts, she decided the best place for an uninterupted slumber party was at her rarely-used flat. Everything here was Muggle (except for the fireplace being hooked to the Floo) but that was all right, she hoped.

She loved the fact she could watch the telly and DVD's here, and hoped Megan didn't mind some scary ones, because Susan was in the mood to be frightened. Didn't that just go with having a sleep over, after all?

She had borrowed some extra blankets from the school and tossed them through the Floo as well, so what she'd basically done was make a huge pile of pillows and blankets on the floor of her sitting room, right in front of the telly.

"Megan you're just staying over at Susan's for one night," Mother Cat told her daughter with amusement. Megan had managed to pack an entire suitcase filled with clothes and snack foods for both her and Susan.

"I know - but I always like to go prepared. And Suze and I always like to try on each other's clothes," Megan told her mother happily. "We haven't had a slumber party in forever either so there's a lot of catching up to do. And Suzie's got this new boyfriend too," she further added, making Catherine's eyebrows raise.

"Susan has a boyfriend? When did this all happen? Who is this fellow?"

"George Weasley, believe it or not," Megan grinned, tossing in another blouse then taking out her wand and cast a charm so that her suitcase would close, zip up and shrink all at once. "They met at the Yule Ball and things have gone splendidly since then. I hope to get all the tawdry details tonight," she laughed, then picked up her miniaturized suitcase.

"I'll be home tomorrow afternoon - owl me if anything is needed," Megan told her mother, then kissing Catherine on the cheek she left her bedroom and headed downstairs.

Megan had only been to Susan's flat a few times, but she could still remember where to apparate to. With a loud crack, Megan landed on Susan's building door step and buzzed Susan flat.

She was laughing before she even opened the door. "Why does it feel like cheating because we're coming here?" she asked, holding the door open wide as Meg came through.

Raising an eyebrow, she glanced at the suitcase, wondering just how many outfits Meg brought this time. Crazy girl.

"Well. I've been good and not stormed Nev for details, so you best tell me everything." She shut the door behind Meg and stood there, hands on her hips, already in a tee shirt and sweats, her hair in a loose ponytail.
