I was reading dogemperor's outstanding post on Daily Kos today, which deals with the dominionist takeover of the broadcasting airwaves, and in the comments, someone asked "What's Joel's Army?" I went to answer and realised that I don't have a good answer for that. I hit the web, but while there's all sorts of pro and con material, there doesn't appear to be a good description of it, not even in the Dark Christianity Wiki.

So please, tell me what you know about Joel's Army. Tell me as much as possible, because I want to learn.
