Congress just flipped their ban on sectarian prayer, and now allows overt sectarian prayer (praying in Jesus name, specifically) in public venues, along with aggressive evangelicism and other coercive tactics by military chaplains. This totally negates the neutrality and support that once made the chaplain corps an advocate for military personnel. Now, people who are 'unchurched' will be targeted by aggressive evangelical chaplains, and the harassment will again escalate within the ranks.
