Articles like this should serve to remind readers here that the Evangelical movement in Christianity is not a monolithic institution, and that it is very easy to tar more progressive Evangelicals with the brush of the Religious Right. I'm not sure what to make of this.

I mean, I've been joking for a long time that Bush was the Antichrist of Revelations; he certainly fits many of the listed criteria. But to have someone actually openly claim the label is just... mind-boggling.

Today I rented "Jesus Camp". It was in the "New Releases" section but in reality it needs to be in the "Horror" section.

It was too disturbing and couldn't watch the entire thing.
