I'm in Central Florida - just turn on CNN, etc., tonight to see what's happened here and you'll have the context for this nugget from my fundie co-worker.... She said that the reason why the tornado devastated certain areas was because she'd heard that a high porportion of single, young people have moved into those towns, and they were having indiscriminate sex, so there was a lot of venereal disease, and God sent the tornadoes this morning to punish them.

This was after I'd spent most of the morning pulling people out from destroyed modular homes near my house.

If I did not enjoy my job, I'd choke the crap out of her.
