January Warbler Concert
Who: WARBLERS

Rating: SFW (we hope!)

The performance was scheduled to begin at 7 PM sharp, with one intermission halfway through. Students could attend free of charge with their student IDs, while family and the community were charged $5 a ticket at the door. Seats were first-come, first-served, and the theater was filling up fast.

((Performances will be led by Noah, Ben M., Kurt, Mocchi, (intermission), Ben D., Ron, and Raf, in that order, finishing with one truly-choral song in which there are no leads. All Warblers participate as backup for all the songs. Please post your song in the appropriate performances section.))

"But they're so little and precious. I wouldn't want to place them in the line of danger," Kurt said, mock seriously. "Better to hire big men in suits. That way we'll have eye candy as well as bodily protection." There wasn't much better than hot men in dark suits after all.

"Maybe I've just been looking for an excuse to get my hands on you," he teased, and then wrapped his arms around Ben and hugged him tightly. It was nice to be able to hug someone and offer comfort, without worrying about being punched for it.

"You know, Kurt?" Ben said with a grin, "That's a really good idea. I say you bring it up with the council and see what they can do about it."

Chuckling with a shrug, Ben folded his arms around Kurt's back as he returned the hug. "You never need an excuse to get your hands on me," he said with a smirk, resting his chin on the other boy's shoulder. Squeezing lightly, he took a moment to just enjoy the hug and inhale the smell of whatever awesome cologne Kurt was wearing.

	"I am brilliant. Didn't you know that?" Kurt laughed, though he'd be tucking away the secret service idea for a fantasy sometime. No need for anyone to know that though. "Well, I definitely do now," Ben grinned. Of course, he didn't actually expect them to get an armed guard or anything, but the thought was nice.

Squeezing once final time and rubbing Kurt's back slightly, Ben withdrew with a smile and a nod. "I feel ready to go out there and cause a riot," he said, casually draping one arm over Kurt's shoulder. "Ready to go and make them all love you?"
