Head Master Snape the 27th Headmaster of Hogwart's Witch Craft and Wizardry calls forth all students of blood impure to make there way to the Great Hall with out haste and properly dressed.
Any delaying will result in immediate punishment and stripping of any office or awards held.

Further more this day forth the following are permanent and active:

1. There is no longer trips to Hogsmeade by any students, for any reason and any means. This is a permanent revoking of privileges that will carry on into the next year.

2. All none pure students are to turn their wands to the Head of their Houses and will only be allowed not have them in their possession during classes.

3. All non pure students are to go directly from one class to another, their house to Great Hall, class to Great Hall, class to house, Great Hall to house and Great Hall to class. There is no socializing in the halls, no studying in the library and no going to the Infirmary unless properly chaperoned.

4. Members of the current administration of the Ministry and their supports have be assigned and volunteered to guard the school from any possible menace.
