Reality Crisis OOC

Some of these are over a month old and need to either be marked as complete or completed. We're currently in the process of sending out activity warnings, and you can get an activity warning for holding up a thread. We understand that sometimes things can fall through the cracks, so this is your reminder to doublecheck and make sure everything's caught up.

Please take the time to review any threads involving your characters and mark them as complete if appropriate, post if it's your turn, and/or discuss tying things up if the time is right for it.

On the other hand, a huge THANK YOU to all of you who do keep up with logs on a regular basis. You are all wonderful :)

The AC in our house blew its compressor just in time for the heatwave. We had to run for it. I went to a friend's house with the dog, but that along with getting the rejection for the contest I had entered really put me into a KILL ALL THE THINGS mood. I'm better now after having had beer pretty much all day yesterday starting at 11:30am and I obviously have interwebs.

Since we're about to have a lot of new characters and players running around, I figured it would be great to have a post to get to know each other and do some plotting.

Remember-even if you didn't sign up for your characters to go over to WC in two weeks for the challenge, you can still interact with the characters coming into the world if you'd like.

WC players: Feel free to introduce yourself and your characters here. If there are any threads you had in mind, this is a great place to mention that.

Crisis players: This is the place to give a warm welcome to our visitors and feel free to toss out any ideas you have as well.

For those coming over from We Coexist, please do take the chance to look over our World Info since this setting is a lot different from the City.

To answer a few of the questions that have already been asked elsewhere:

1. Do I have to finish every post for the challenge in the 2 week time period that my character will be in the Crisisverse? No. you have 2 weeks to start your threads and after that, you will be allowed to finish any threads that have been started within that 2 week time period.
2. Will the characters be in two places, or will characters participating in the challenge simply be missing from their home game? The characters will not be in two places and so if you've chosen for your character to visit Crisis during the first 2 weeks of this challenge or We Coexist for the second 2 weeks, then your character will be missing from their home game. Which means that anyone left behind will most likely notice them missing, etc, etc.
3. Will everyone land in the same place? Nope! In fact, it's safe to say that while some people may arrive together, most will end up scattered all over the place. There are quite a few places to end up in the world, so check the world info to choose where you want to end up. You can always move your character around from there, but it's good to choose your starting point.
