Hello, community as a whole. Aren't introductions a little redundant when the entire world knows who you are? Unless they're living under a rock, that is. I guess it doesn't matter. I'm Fawn Carllson, and I'm sure we'll get along great. Everyone loves an heiress, right? I hope you sensed the sarcasm. If you didn't don't bother responding to the question.
It seems to be a trend to ask everyone some profound sort of question in introductions. I could ask what there is to do in Stockholm, or why I bothered to get a place here when I don't speak a word of Swedish, but I doubt anyone would answer me. Prove me wrong if you want, but I came up with a couple of questions people would be more inclined to answer;
Who are you, and why should I care?*
*For those of you a little slow on the uptake: that's code for "tell me something interesting about yourselves."

Bonjour. I'm Eden, but most people call me Edie anyhow. I don't think I was named after the garden or anything, but maybe I was. Jellybeans and banana pudding make me extraordinarily happy. Valentine's Day does not.

I've already talked with a lot of you without you knowing who I am -- which is unbelievably creepy. I apologize.
I'm Harvey Balentine and I write. I always wanted to be Captain Haddock from Tintin when I was younger; I think it had something to do with the beard. I'm all about beards, apparently. Come to think of it, it was probably Herge who got me into comics in the first place. Who did you want to grow up to be?

I'm Issy and in the past two hours I have had to memorize the lyrics to "Smells like Teen Spirit", brushed a raggedy-ass ferret, cook beef & noodles and feed it to a 30 year-old toddler. If I have to add "sponge bath" to that list, I may just puke.
Can someone tell me where I can hire a good, illegal housekeeper?
