As he listened to what Georgia said, he grinned. "I guess you're stuck here with me then." His voice lowered as he talked, in a way that the end of his sentence was more of a whisper.
Wrong, wrong, wrong.
Toby wasn't sure of what it meant. He blamed the fact that even though she was kidding, he wouldn't just toss her on the floor. Aside that, he still liked her presence. On his lap or not.
So he was cute. Bernard would find that rather disappointing if he ever heard his friend telling his younger brother that he was cute. Still he managed not to think much of Bernard in order to avoid the awkwardness.
He shook his head negatively when she said something about his stomach. He didn't even hear it straight, but he shook his head anyway. He tried to avoid the "what happened?" question. It'd be so embarrassing to tell her about his day.
Toby laughed though, at the mention of her visit. "Be damned sure, ma'am. It's important to me to grow closer with Bernard." He grinned, joking as well, and added, "Perhaps he could teach me to be seductive or something." Loosely, he tried a comical expression that was probably supposed to be his "do-me" face.
"No, I'm serious," he smiled, watching her. Maybe it wasn't such bad idea? "I am..." he frowned, "sorry for Remus?"
James. James Potter, probably. He was in his year, but still probably he would never notice Toby was alive. He didn't think he would ever talked to him anyway. He held on for a second, and then, looking away and trying to find something else to concentrate, he asked in a very low voice, "James...?"
