Of course he laughed at her comment. Toby wasn't quite sure it'd be okay for him to speak it out loud, but he had missed Georgia, aside the time they spent in the summer.
He was trying not to pain attention in the way she was moving on his lap. It wouldn't be very pure, and this would be so very wrong. Because the thought didn't make any sense, he chose to ignore the brief thoughts that crossed his mind.
"I'm glad my lap can be somewhat appropriate, Miss Tepper," he joked back, a pleased grin on his lips.
"I just," he paused before completing the sentence. He looked away, rolling his eyes to himself. "I didn't have the brightest day on history. That's why I didn't eat much. Which brings up why I'm a bit nauseated."
By mentioning his nauseated mood, he suprisingly realized that he wasn't feeling nauseated anymore. He silently credits Georgia for that change of mood, "Hm, what? Carlotta's appereance or the summer as a whole?"
If she had meant the summer as a whole, he was afraid he would have to sum up things by telling her that her lovely friend, also known as his jerk brother, made sure he wouldn't his summer at all.
The moment that she says that she loved coming to see him, he feels the atmosphere change somehow. He held a grin, amazed by her acts, "Let's just say that I've had better times locked in a kitchen with Bernard," he joked; the very fake smug expression on his face.
By seeing her joyness regarding to his acceptance when it comes to the club, he saw that yes, it was worth it to join the club. He felt the excitment growing in his body, even though he wasn't that much fan of books. "Yeah, I'm excited at as well," he frowned, trying to look convincing, "very excited."
He chose to ignore the last question so he wouldn't look non-Ravenclaw by saying he didn't know which one to suggest. He just wasn't thinking straight. There was a girl moving on his lap. He was avoiding the thought, but she was still there.
