Alright guys, as hard as this is to say I think it is time to call it quits. It was a good run while it lasted and I have enjoyed it. It seems that the most have already re-apped other games using their journals here so it is a good sign that it is time to say goodbye. I am leaving the comms up in case people wish to use this as space for a PSL.

Alright, guys. I am at work so I am going to keep this brief and I have been insanely busy these past few weeks... That being said I know I need to catch up but I am still here. It is not an attempt to single anyone out as it has been an ongoing problem just in general; something I should have reminded everyone of a long time ago. Please just stick to your own characters.

Hello, everyone! It's been a bit of a quiet week at Collision, but I'm hoping thats just cause we're all busy dealing with the different crap that RL keeps throwing at us.

Anyway, I'm interested in doing a bit of plotting with you. As you know, Gabrielle Delacour is currently being held hostage by Bellatrix at Malfoy Manor.

I figure this scenario can end one of two ways.

1. Bella, or any of the Death Eaters, can kill her and dump her body on the beach near where they suspect Shell Cottage is, for Fleur to find; or

2. Tonks, and the Aurors can stage a dramatic rescue, and get the girl home!

So, taking votes. Who's for what, and who wants in?

Heyo. Sorry for the random disappearance there. My father passed away a week ago and today was the funeral. We've had a pretty rough (read: nonexistent) relationship the past few years (read: eight) because of his insane mail order bride. His passing was shocking and I'm kind of a weird bundle of emotion right now. Before that woman, we had been super close. She kind of isolated him away from his family and friends (read: the only people that knew about the funeral were people that she knew, none of his students [he was a professor at the local community college and university], friends or anyone that was connected to him prior to their marriage. Even my sister and I didn't know until Saturday about his passing. She kept it from us.) Anyway. I'm going back to tags now!

Disappearance due to hubbys grandmother... they found out her liver is full of cancer. She's not going to live much longer. Drs say a couple months. The sister in law was thinking maybe a few weeks. Well it now feels like she has a week tops. We will be home tomorrow night some time since hubby has to work and raven has school on Tuesday. Okay, Laurie here with my last character. Emma Vane, Emmie to all, Ems or Emmiebug to a select few. She's a Slytherin that would have graduated in 2000 along side fellow Snakeling - Astoria, except after enduring the Carrow regime for the first few months of school, she let her parents pull her out of school and tutor her at home. When you have two former Ravenclaws for parents, you kind of get lucky with having the best of the best to prepare you for the NEWTs, which she passed at the end of that year. She disappeared and pretty much fell off the face of the earth after that.

Now, how everyone feels about her is up to all of you. She's loud, outgoing, opinionated, manipulative (she'll use everyone and sell 'em out in the end), and is not going to 'conform to the norm' of her Slytherin peers. She's a half-blood and is not afraid to admit her Muggle side. She's the lead vocalist and co-founder of the band Scarlett Thestrals. Her free time is taken up playing guitar, writing, and trying to get her band up and running in a more... professional way.

Her work life consists of being a waitress at Diagon Elite and a barmaid (are they still around these days?) at the Leaky. She can swindle you at pool, and drink you under the table. Her motto in life is 'Life's a game, have as much fun as you can before you take the dirt nap.'

So yes, this is Emmie. Friends? Enemies? Frenemies? Anyone who needs a bad influence? Just let me know. ^_^

I know I have been promising this for a while so here it is! The truth potion plots. First I would just like to remind people a little about truth potions in the sense that they're not completely infallible. Yes, a character will have to answer any question truthfully in the sense of what they answer with what they perceive to be truth whether it is the actual truth or not. In 95% they will answer with the truth but this is also a viable option (which shouldn't be abused to get out of answering a question) but is an actuality in the Wizarding world.

Since truth potions are fairly quick to wear off and wouldn't last all week, I am going to say that there is a culprit (someone in game if they want to volunteer) that keeps randomly adding truth potion to drinks bought in Diagon Alley. Once effected the truth potion will least a half a day and yes, characters could be effected more than once within the weeks period. This way everyone can have a chance to get in on the fun if they like. PLOT WILL END AT MIDNIGHT MAY 20TH!!

YOU MUST ADD IN YOUR SUBJECT LINE OF YOUR JOURNALS OR USE THE TRUTH POTION TAG IN THREADS IF YOU WISH TO PARTICIPATE! I am asking this so players know who is effect and who isn't. I would expect people to randomly ask questions to see who is affected and who isn't, as rumors of such a mishap would spread like wildfire and people would hear about it and be curious. This is more for an OOC knowledge and to help the players know. It's not required people participate but it is a good way to get some game and personal plot points going for everyone in game.

Just a quick plot note for everyone! Naturally there is going to be a fall out from the Gringotts episode (the goblins are truly in an uproar and are promising to fix their mistakes honestly!). A lot of high profile family's vaults have been broken into so they know they need an answer and they need to show they're doing something which is why they have spent the past day working overtime to investigate.

That is until Bellatrix and Alexander (and any other DEs that want to be involved) took it upon themselves to show up at Gringotts last night and settle the score. I'm working on a Prophecy article at the moment, so you can read about it soon, but it was basically a mess. Several goblins were killed in the process. If you work at Gringotts aka Bill, Fleur and Archie you were called in in the middle of the night. It wasn't optional. Overtime was needed and people were questioned over the happenings and killings. Any Ministry officials that want to be there can say they were there and participated in the investigation and questioning.

Those that have a vault that was broken into was sent apologizes and reassurance that everything is done to find a scapegoat those responsible.

So, that one post that said my finals week was easy? Yeah, that was a lie. I have an Italian final tomorrow, which is easy peasy. But I have to study for my Ancient Andes final on Tuesday as well as write a shortish paper for Contemporary Architecture that's also due on Tuesday. My Modern Native American Art class is a take home final...that is a ten page paper which will be my Wednesday since it's due on Thursday. THAT'S MY FREAKING LIFE RIGHT NOW x.x; So this is me apologizing for not being around at all. Really, in a week I will be done and all my babies won't be pushed into the back of my brain due to me having to kill my muses to make room for this silly learning thing.

Again, sorry about missing some things. Tracey would have been at the hen, no doubt about it! I just..suck. Susan would have totally been down for anything DA. Alecto and Annabelle have secrets that will get out, and they will be angry and creating havoc. John...well, he will be eating cheeseburgers and enjoying his comic books.

Well it's Sunday. This evening a small band of former DA people and friends have broken into Gringotts and caused a bit of havoc. By 8 pm the merry band of troublemakers can be back to Justin's flat. The drinks are on him at a local muggle pub. At 8:30 Gringotts has notified everyone about the break in. Secrets come out tomorrow. Feel free to comment on everything going on.

THIS IS IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ:

Alright guys, there are quite a few things that need to be addressed so I appreciate you taking the time to read all of it. First of all there is a plot scheduled for tomorrow so if you did not get in on the plot against the Death Eaters you can find it here and Jess is orchestrating that for us. Also as of Tuesday the TRUTH POTION PLOTS will start. If you want to be effected by the truth potion you MUST sign up here. I would just like to know who is participating and who isn't. It is easier for everyone if there is a list for reference.

The next really important thing is activity. There are characters that have no posted in a month or more. That being said if that is you I ask that you post within the week or I will be removing them next Sunday. If you want to drop a character you are more than welcome to email me an official drop notice. Other than that the inactive characters will be put up for recasting.

This is kind of activity related too but it is a reminder to please tag your threads when you post them. From now on anything that is not tagged will not count towards activity. It just makes my job easier when it comes to activity since the idea of having a separate comm/tags wasn't wanted. Activity does matter to the game obviously but it also helps if you want a personal plot approved for in the game. People should be both active with game and personal plot.

Lastly, lets use this for everyone to tell what their characters are up to and to do some plotting! It has been a while (since opening!) that we have plotted and introduced characters in game. So this is a good chance to refresh lines and to work on some new things.

Alright ladies and gentlemen, Justin is working on causing a bit of havoc on our super cuddly Death Eaters and other pureblood families.

Imagine that you have a safety deposit box. (Or in this case, a vault) What would you put in it? What would you want to keep safe? What secrets does it hold? Who access to that box? What wouldn't you want to read in the gossip pages? (Oh yea, I said gossip pages)

This is where you come in.

If you have a pureblood/Death Eater/DE sympathizer/Slytherin and you want their vaults to be broken into, this is what I need from you. I need to know: 1. Your Character 2. One item to go missing from your vault 3. One secret that will get out. The secret doesn't have to be about your character. It can be about the family (ie. test results from performed on a sibling because of a fear that they were a squib; who has access to the vault. That sort of thing. Feel free to be creative.)

If you have a DA/Order member and you want to take part this is what I need from you: Your character's name

I think that is all. I am going to screen the comments so it will be a surprise for everyone. Feel free to ask whatever questions you have and I will do my best to answer them.
