After her Ghostface induced meltdown complete with throwing glass Sidney realized one thing, her hands was now covered in blood from broken glass. Being alone in the apartment she decided to hunt for a drugstore for some bandaids, thinking it would be enough till she could get some actual help. So as she walked the streets the blood was dripping from her hands, since somehow she had been able to stop the bleeding. But at that moment Sidney had almost stopped caring, that was the effect having to relive Ghostface and losing Randy had caused on her.
