Many of you know, but in case you haven't heard, Cas is gone. He's gone and there's no way to know if he's coming back. So. I'm taking over.

I need a show of hands, who's with me here? I need to know your name and whatever position you hold. Now's the time to speak up if you want to change positions, whatever.

Let's just get this out there. I'm not Cas. I'm not going to run the place same as Cas. You want out, I understand, but I was hoping we could all pull together and figure this out.

I don't really know what applies.

I can help with study groups if you run those. I'm good at History and English. My brother helps run the stables here, and I help out there when I can, so if you wanted anything involving horse-riding, I'm sure we could come up with something. I play chess. I can swordfight. I'm very good at listening to people if they want to get something off of their chest.

	I have no formal training but I am a survivor of rape. I would be willing to meet with other women who have gone through it themselves. I don't know if I will be of any help though. Just to be clear, because I'm rarely anything but, I still have ownership of the soup kitchen affiliated with the shelter. Cas made sure the paperwork to the place was in my name, just in case this day ever came.

Now that I have that out of the way, if you need help with any area of the shelter at all, let me know. I helped him get the place off the ground and, while I know you aren't going to do it the same way he did, I'd still like to be a part of it. ~~Though I'm not going to fight you for co-ownership, even if I possibly could thanks to this paperwork.~~

Believe it or not, I'm not trying to usurp your position. Just, this was something Cas put a lot of heart and soul into and he'd want me to take over where he left off. Soup kitchen's yours and I'd love to work together on this, making sure the center continues to provide the services Cas set up, and maybe more. This is my first time doing anything like this, so I'm kind of winging it. I wouldn't mind a partner who knows what she's doing.

And from the looks of it, you're already off to a good start. People in this city want to help, at least most of them, in some capacity. And there's plenty for everyone to do. 	Fair enough. It's easy to do, especially with emotions running so high. It's only because of Cas, and Parker, that I'm able to keep my head above water when shit like this happens.
