And that sucks, about the world ending. Which is an understatement, I know, but I'm not sure what else to say. You're right, though. I wouldn't have existed in your reality, if that were the case. I'm not sure what to think about that.

You have no idea how much the end of the world sucked for me. And you don't need to know. That part of the conversation is over.

I could blame it on my girlfriend. She likes strays and under dogs ~~and people who aren't quite human~~. Truth is, I think you got the raw end of a deal you didn't make.

Also, if you try to cut off my hands and my feet, that's when we're going to have a problem. Shouldn't be an issue, since like we already established, you couldn't exist in my reality.

Fair enough.

I don't want pity, if that's what this is about. Sure, my life so far has been pretty disappointing and I think it pretty much ended in that hotel room, but it is what it is.

And I'm not going to attack you. Not only are you technically not my father, in the strictest sense at least, my tribe isn't here. Besides. Believe it or not, I never wanted to do that to begin with. I just didn't have a choice.

There's no pity here. Dean and Sam are decent guys, but they're also not as apple pie as they pretend to be. I think they were out of line, but their relation is also exactly what you'd expect if you really know them.

Dean and me, we're technically the same person, up to a certain point. And by now? We've veered further and further away from each other. I'm not even trying to make right what he did wrong.

Maybe I'm just trying to do the right thing, because it's the right thing to do. ~~That's what Cas and Parker have done to me. They've made me want to do the right thing for the sake of doing the right thing.~~

	Maybe. Maybe not. I'm not going to worry about it too much either way, honestly. I'd rather not deal with them at all than have to deal with constant freak-outs and potentially being shot, truth be told. That's what Ruby told me, though not in those exact words.
