From different worlds [ Active]
Who: Nata ([info]the_gate), Hibari ([info]prokamikorosu) and one Haine([info]gewehrhund)
What: A chance run in with eachother
When:Now//Noonish/whatever
Where: One of the hallway
Warnings: Violence, TBA

Location; Hotel- Hallway

The Hotel had been the only thing he had yet to really explore aside from his room, Mukuro’s room and the kitchen. Mikura had told him to be careful when roaming and exploring, that it was more dangerous then the city. That seemed odd, but he didn’t doubt the blond‘s words. After all, Mikura had been her much longer then he had, so it only made since that he would know the hotel better then he. Nata made his way down his 8th hallway since he set out to explore, mapping the hotel in his head as he went along on his way. It was a nice feature to have to keep you are your party from getting lost.
The blue haired NPC regretted not bringing Mukuro along with him, but the he had already spent the morning attached to their party leader and even fell asleep on him.

Mukuro was really nice to him, as was Chrome…they were his party. Asking him not to worry for their safety was…he wasn’t sure if he could do that. Easier said then done. Mukuro was strong, and he was sure Chrome could also defend herself in a battle, but still. People had been killed here, before right? And this Hibari person….he wasn’t friend, he wasn’t foe. Mukuro said he was a little of both, but how was that possible?

Shaking his head, Nata lifted his crimson eyes and continued on his way. Think about that later, for now, collect data on the hotel.

It would be useless, and harmful, to question appearing in this 'world.' The Hotel supplied the shelter he needed, the locals were as gracious as the hospital's director, and it... actually provided something to do. Namimori had been under his command for a few years - and he'd known, once the delinquents had bowed down, that there were to be no more challenges found in that school, what Sawada brought along not-with-standing. Hibari had never made the concious decision to protect the school; it'd just happened.

And it was happening again. Such an interesting place, such a fascinating 'world' to explore -- no, he didn't need to take time to figure things out, or 'try to return' to Namimori, when this place needed more law and order than anything else. So it was, canary flitting along ahead of him, Hibari'd taken to simply walking through the halls (all 20 floors), making sure no one disturbed the so-called peace. Not that he'd complain if someone did.

The bird rounded about on the up-coming corners, as instructed, and Kyouya wasted no time stepping around it in a manner that would probably unnerve any herbivore. ... Especially... that one.

"Little Boy," A grin curled, arms folded under his jacket, and things would be very interesting, indeed. "You're alone." Not an observation, just a statement -- a statement that showed equal parts uncaring, humor, and down-talk. Don't say he couldn't multitask.

Nata jumped slightly at the words and came to a quick halt, a frown pulling his lips. Not the voice he wanted to hear, not the person he wanted to run into. In fact, the last person he wanted to run into of all the players in the hotel. Perhaps his luck was off today...
"My name is Nata." He corrected, staring down at his shoes before lifting his crimson gaze and turning around to face the taller man. He didn't like this, not at all. He should have listen to Mikura and brought Mukuro. Hibari was still a mystery to him, there was very little data gathered on the raven haired teen...He should have asked Mukuro or Chrome for what information he knew.

He looked Habari up and down, as if sizing him up before focusing on his face. "Correct....collecting data on the hotel." He explained simply before turning on his heel and heading back down the hall. "If you'll excuse me."

Without any regard to the blue-haired boy's first sentence, the so-called Skylark stayed where he stood. Normally, if the Little Boy had just been another student resident, Kyouya would have let it go-- maybe followed (stalked) the other down the hall a bit, just to make sure they really were doing as they said, but otherwise nothing. He wasn't a bully- bullies were, like he'd said, against the rules- but he wasn't going to be the nicest person another could run into late at night.

But Nata wasn't a normal resident. Hibari didn't quite like the idea of targeting a person based on which group they hung with, but it was effective, and the Prefect did enjoy effective ways. "Then why are you heading down that way." Another command, no verbal question mark added; it was like he expected the other to answer, no matter no.

Well. He did expect that. He demanded it, really.

The NPC needed to get away from him as quick as possible, it felt like he was back in the game running and avoiding monsters and Area Masters. That was exactly what Hibari reminded him of, an Area Master. A Rush that was meaner and more intelligent. That was not a good feeling, not at all. He also didn't have Mukuro, Chrome or Kai--....Kaito. When had he started not placing his name first? Wasn't he the hero..?

Shaking his head, not bothering to worry about the mixed up data, Nata didn't bother answering the dark haired teen. Father focusing on leaving him behind, he needed to collect data and map out the hotel. Exchanging words with Mibari wouldn't do anything but waste his time and maybe get him knocked up side the head....or worse.

"You can't collect new data on something you've already passed, herbivore."

The remark was even more flippant than before, Hibari half-turned away and looking at Nata's retreating form from one eye, the grin spreading even with his tone and mood going downward. That was just how he was; not that he was actually itching to start a fight with this weakling. There was no point- at most, it'd get Mukuro to appear, and while that was generally the idea in mind, at the moment, it wasn't; that Haine had done a number on the Hibari, even if his clothes and ability to heal quickly hid it all.

So this goading wasn't for a fight. What was it for?

If Nata was going to only be useful in mapping things, then he'd better do it right. That was all. Would Nata find that out? Not from Kyouya's mouth.

"Correct, but there are other ways to get around the building, that way isn't the only way." Nata said, before coming to a slow stop. But it was the most efficient way. A thoughtful pause and with his gloved hands clutched into a small fist, Nata turned once again on his heel and trailed after Hibari. Yes, he was like Rush, just more intelligent and not as cute as the Area Master that was part dog. Rush was mean....but he'd never experienced someone like Hibari...

"You are correct, it is the most efficient way." The smaller boy said, not really too sore about it. More or less none to happy to be around Hibari rather then being corrected. He had errors, everyone did, being corrected only helped. There was nothing wrong with it. "Why are you walking around? Are you trying to collect data or are you just that bored?" He asked as he speed walked past, Hibari, trying to out match his longer legs for the lead. The sooner he was away from the dark haired man, the better...

Oh, this was amusing, in a way he'd have found annoying if a day ago. Hibari's emotions were fickle, he knew that - blunt as he was, one day he'd just play a game with someone and the other it'd be a full-out war - but this change almost shocked himself.

... No, correction. It didn't, at all. The Prefect glanced down to Nata, lofty, "Don't try to pass me, Little Boy," before the actual question was addressed. No annoyance at the implication he was 'bored' (he sort of was; but then again, he always was, when he wasn't napping or having a worthy fight), but rather at the idea that he would do nothing. Patrolling was something.

"I'm making sure," - Students - "Residents aren't crowding or being noisy. Like you might be, if you continue upward."

Nata continued on his way, eyes fixed forward before glancing up and over to the taller male. A small frown still played on his lips as he shook his head. "Negative. I am not trying to pass you for what reason you may think. Only trying to leave you behind so that was we don't have to walk together, Hibir---." Better not to pick a fight even if Mibari wasn't calling him by his name like he had asked him to---told him to. He was fond of the name given to him, he'd never had one before Kaito and his party named him. The NPC liked having a name, and he planned on others using it. But right now, the current objective was to be away from the taller other. Nata would be more at ease when they were apart, Mukuro was around or if he at lest knew more about Hibari. One of the three, he wasn't picky.

"Did you receive a job at the police station or are you just taking that upon yourself?" He asked, eyes fixed forward again as he continued on his way.

"Don't assume," The Head Prefect murmured, strides still longer than the other even if he wasn't much taller than Nata, not hurrying or rushing at all (he didn't care if they ended up walking together, so long as the boy didn't bump him or any such non-sense), apparently unconcerned with what Nata was undoubtedly freaking out over.

Hibari wasn't daft; he knew what his presence did to the herbivores, knew it well and almost cherished it, if he could cherish anything. The whole thing was just too amusing to him to pass up, hand idling near the handle of his folded tonfa, other swinging lightly. So unconcerned. "The Police make too much of a commotion. What do you think it is, Little Boy?" Hilarious-- this little kid, trying to act like not looking at Kyouya would make him go away. Impossible.

Nata just continued his face pace, trying to out stride Hibari. Let the Area Master the fighter believe what he wanted. Nata wasn't exactly scared of him, no, just thinking it would be in his best interest to lose Hibari. "I'll do what I please." He muttered under his breath, his small hands still balled up into tiny fist. Mukuro said that he should try to get along with the raven haired teen, and he would try---mostly by avoiding him.

"That you hold you're self to high and that you are bored." Nata explained. "You remind me of someone. Just likes to look down on others and in visions himself powerful until he is knocked down by someone else.....Like Mukuro."

Let them think what they want, had always been his semi-motto (aside from things involving biting, Namimori or naps), let them fall when they don't want. If they made a mistake, they made a mistake, and that was their fault. When they were proved wrong, it was all the more hilarious, especially the way they reacted if they were kicked when down. Hibari would stand by this- he knew some of the things the students of his school said about him- and not interfere.

... Until something he could not stand was said.

"Too high?" There was a bit of a snarl to his voice, now, but it was hidden deeply by the normal off-handedness. "... Like Mukuro." If Nata knew, he could've related the fighter's tone to someone who would simply parrot words one moment, then snap and go for blood the next. Dangerous. 'Tittering on the edge,' if you would.

That hand was around the tonfa handle now, prepared to teach this delinquent discipline. "I don't do illusions, Little Boy. That is Mukuro." He was stopped in the hall, cold eyes watching Nata with a smile plastered on; the picture of 'eerie.'

Nata didn't know much about Mukuro or Chrome's fighting style, he had yet to watch them fight really. Being his party, he cared for them most but had little interested in gathering data on the pair. Whatever data he gathered would come in time whenever either Mukuro or Chrome were ready to show or tell him. He trusted them, so he didn't push anything. The NPC focused on gathering data on all the other players, the city and the hotel to protect himself, his party and his friends. That was was most important.

"Correct." Nata said simply as his own words were repeated, not stopping. No, he still had full mind to get away from Mibari, but he wasn't going to lie to the other. Lying.....it wasn't an easy thing for him. Kaito was a horrible liar too. "Understood. But I did not mean you were alike, only that Mukuro is one of the people that can knock you down to look up at him. I mean no insult, but I see those as facts. Mukuro......he is stronger then you." He explained, he wasn't trying to tread on dangerous ground nor pick a fight. These were just facts he believed about Hibari and his party leader. No malice intended.

It was one thing for him to acknowledge that Mukuro was stronger than him. It was one thing for the Baby to acknowledge (and use) it. It was another when worthless weaklings decided to try their hand at insulting with it.

Nata may have said he was stating fact, but the difference changed nothing for Hibari - he was following swiftly, catch up in a matter of seconds, stride purposeful and direct. Cutting, almost; his face would never show it, but he was irked by this revelation. Some thing were best left unsaid outloud; and the Head Prefect's weaknesses were one of those. "He is," Kyouya said, easy, light, nearly gentle, and then, "You are not.

"You should learn to hold your tongue on facts, or else I'll have to bite it out." See? He could be nice. He was giving the herbivore a chance to take back his words. This was interesting (somewhat; only in the way he hadn't yet clocked the other), but it was no longer funny.

"Data is Data. It does not matter the subject of the information. Facts are facts, no matter who says them." The NPC explained, pace quickening further more. He was now wishing the creator/developer of Gamerz Heaven designed him with longer legs. He wasn't going to run, no, but he had full mind to get away from Hibari still. But it did not help the fact that the dark haired man was talking to and still fallowing after him. This was getting dangerous, he should have engaged Hibari, rather taken the inefficient way through the hotel and lose sometime. He still wasn't sure if he could receive much damage or be killed in this place, but that was one thing he was not yet willing to test out. Maybe not ever. This was not Gamerz Heaven, he was playing at someone's rules.

"Aside from that, you agree with them. You are correct, I am not stronger then you, but Mukuro is. Affirmative."

A few light steps, and Hibari was in front of the other, tonfa-bar snapped out swiftly and held at the other's face-- if Nata kept walking, why, he'd walk right into it, but that was none of Kyouya's concern, was it?

"Some facts are best left known to the mind alone."

He was not enraged - herbivores could never enrage him - but the mentions of Mukuro, admittedly, got him alert; actually made him focus on the world around him, and when that happened... well. No one was quite happy when that happened, himself included. Someone had to pay for this lack of contentedness.

Nata came to a halt just in front of the weapon, blinking at it. He was more use to seeing swords, guns, magic and scythes but that didn't mean he doubted the capability of the tonfa-bar. So long as the wielder was strong and know how to use it properly, which he was sure Hibari did as his weapon of choice, then it could be as deadly as a sword. Lifting his gaze from the tonfa-bar, he stared up at the taller other, with a neutral expression.

"I was making certain you know of the fact."

As stated before, Nata did not want to fight but he would now coward and kiss Hibari's feet or ask forgiveness. He spoke the truth and it was Hibari who approached him. If he baited the man, he did not mean to, it just turned out that way by the way he took his words. Once more he tried to step around the fighter.

And again, he was in the way, only this time the tonfa was spinning, aimmed at the other's shoulder - he was not up for knocking this child out, as discipline would only be forgotten there-after, and this was something he wanted the other to remember.

It was a rule. If you did not speak of Mukuro in a useful way around Hibari, then you did not speak of Mukuro. Hibari's amusement was dead and buried, frown deep-set on his face: this was just like that annoying bomber taunting him with the Baby. It was not going to go unpunished. "Are you certain you want to test me? How irritating."

The move was to quick for Nata to react, even if he could, Nata wasn't a fighter. He couldn't fight back, let alone Hibari. With a yelp, Nata dropped down to the ground, holding his the shoulder that was hit. Not that much of a target, but Hibari apparently had good aim. That wasn't surprising.

He whimpered, blinking back tears, trying to stand strong. Not challenge Mibari further, but not let his tear show. 'Mukuro.....'

"....I am only gathering data. I do agree.... It is...irritating." Of course he was talking about Hibari but he wasn't about to specified it. His shoulder was throbbing enough.

Hibari hmph'd, lowering the tonfa but not folding it or untensing. There was no sympathy in his gaze - at most, there was a bit of interest, but it was mainly only for the way the other fell. He was not used to knocking down people of Nata's size-- he had to work on it.

"If you agree," The words were quiet again, low, just as dangerous as before, "Then why are you doing it." Answer.

.....

Shallowing the lump in his throat, Nata pushed himself back up to his feet. Is hand still resting on his troubling shoulder, eyes watering. "Negative, you misunderstand. You are irritating. " Nata stated, almost glaring at the ground. "I am not trying to test you, but if you can not handle facts about yourself that is your problem...not mine. Leave me alone, I do not wish to engage in further conflict." He muttered trembling a little before taking a deep breath before trying to dart around Hibari. It was worth a chance at lest.

No bullies allowed. So what was he doing, free hand snapping out to snag the little boy's unhurt shoulder, a firm grip that would've sent Nata to the ground if he'd so much as stepped one step further. There was a flash of irritation at himself before it was gone, rationalized away; Hibari was not fond of contact with outsiders, aside from that which was necessary, and he was not fond of this... contact. A mental glare at the hand on the herbivore's shoulder, as though it was at fault, and Kyouya was back to speaking.

"Learn manners, Little Boy." No bullies allowed, hm?

What made this herbivore so irritating? ... Ah, yes, he knew. And he was not one to lie to himself - it was glaringly obvious, anyway. It was because of the only problem the Hotel gave: Mukuro. What was the point of this annoying little weakling? At least the man's other lackeys had had some reason of existing (even if they failed, also). This-- child had none. Kyouya hated pointless things.

Nata went down on the floor again, having taken that step. His eyes tear up more so and he started to hiccup. He was tired, he wanted to go back to the safety of Mukuro's and Chrome's room, but he couldn't because of Hibari. It was frustrating and he couldn‘t get past the other. Nata bit his lower lip, trying not to just start bailing right there.
Breathe....

He didn’t want to let Hibari see him cry, the man already said enough mean things to him.
Nata whimpered again, holding his hurt shoulder protect and trying to shake off Hibari‘s hand. Maybe...he could give Hibari a taste of his own world. It was all he could come up with to escape. Hibari would be on his field then and Nata would at lest have some advantage.
Stopping his sniffling, Nata took a deep breath, closing his eyes.

Silence.

“Loading data. Opening Gate”
His hands balled into fist, the little orbs on his gloves starting to glow a strange hue along with the metal plate that covered his chest. Slowly his head lifted up and his eyes opened to stare up at the ceiling. His right eyes speeding through '010101s' like a computer screen before finally stopping and settling on two words 'Gate--►Open'.

A sudden wind picked up around them, seemingly from no where since there were no windows in the hall. The ceiling above them started to twist, bend and turn. Starting to whorp into something else...something similar to a black hole appear over the pair, angry growling and lighting coming from it. “Load complete. Gate open.”

Kyouya let it happen - he always let it happen, even if most of the time, he didn't care - with the same sort of calm he'd had the whole time, eyes not leaving Nata even as the-- thing opened up. "Interesting." It was, it was very interesting; he was actually somewhat curious about the whole thing, even if he was relatively positive it was an illusion. So was Nata learning from Mukuro? Was that his purpose?

It made sense. And the whole thing was convincing; Hibari's second tonfa snapped out, ever ready to go on the offense, and then he took his first look upward.

"... You're going to make a mess," and a look back down, brief annoyance at the other's weakness - kids didn't cry that easily, did they? - but otherwise no actions taken. This was actually something he could wait for (and kicking little herbivores while they were down would not be enjoyable if it cut off whatever was happening). He was positive he could defend himself, anyway.

Crackling, growling, snarling and the sound of the wind whirling around them made it sort of hard to hear Hibari‘s words, not that his words really mattered now. Nata didn't want to fight, he didn't want to make an enemy out of Hibari, but if he was going to continue to stand in his way and hurt him, the NPC was going to defend himself best he could. The only way he knew how

He gave the other a brief glance, his right eye once again glazed over and racing through digits of 0's and 1's again. The Gate was opened fully. Creatures’ eyes of different shapes and sizes, claws and other such stared at them. "Negative." Nata answered before focusing again. "I will now transfer you." He muttered.

The monsters were becoming more clear, clawing their way through, trying to reach the pair as the wind kicked up more ,to a point where the Gate was trying to suck in Hibari and the NPC. Of course, Nata was safe. He 'was' the Gate, he controlled it....but Hibari, he would be sucked up and returned to Gamerz Heaven. Nata's world.

...Or that was the plan.

A loud thunder and another crackle of lighting and the NPC's head shot up. Something was wrong...and as fate would have it on Nata's unlucky day, just as Hibari was about to reach the gate...it closed, dropping him.

His eyes had never left Nata after that first glance - giant black holes didn't change much, and taking your eyes off an illusionist was like taking your eyes off the magician - so the second those words were out, Hibari's eyes were narrowed, this time snatching at the other's shirt collar (this was a portal, the Head Prefect knew, whether it was an illusion or not matter), but the moment he drew one tonfa back to end it all, it... stopped.

....

It wasn't hard at all to land on his feet, but for once, he was actually shocked; a quick glance upwards and, yes, the Gate was closed. Another glance downwards and, no, Nata was not gone. A rush forwards and attempt at pinning the little blue-haired boy to the wall and, yes, Hibari was curious. Deadly so- what sort of trainee would fail that quickly, yet not have any reprocusions? ... Unless...

"Was that an illusion?" For such a demanding question, the almost happy tone in his voice was out-of-place. It was a good thing those monsters hadn't dropped out-- things would've gotten too crowded, and then, well, he'd of had to bite some people to death. And wouldn't they be angry at that?

Hibari would be too late, the Gate worked fast, so any attempt to injury Nata while he accessed the Gate would only end in failure. But the fact was...The Gate didn't work...
It didn't make any sense, why didn't it work? Yes, the other players had told him there was no escape or gateway from this world. But Nata was different, he was the gate and this...had never happen before. The Gate opened, but closed quickly. Even then, it did not feel as though there was an link or access to Gamerz Heaven or the Second Zone through it. Why....? It should....

Nata cringed slightly as he was pinned against the wall by the taller other. He was unnerved enough by the Gate not working that Hibari was an unneeded addition to this complicated equation. "Neg-Negative. The Gate isn't a illusion..."

As stated (and noted by anyone who ran into him), Hibari did not care how others felt - it was only the lingering deal they had made over the journals that kept Kyouya from killing Nata then, a spinal reflex to any sort of attack put on his person (and that had been an attack), but even that was barely holding-- as was obvious by the fact he seemed one moment away from tossing Nata aside like garbage.

Which, if the boy couldn't hold himself together enough to answer, he was going to be. "It didn't work. What did you try? Answer me, Nata, or I'll bite you to death." And the one time he used the other's name, it wasn't even in good spirit; while the rest of the words were calm and collected as ever, the name was bitten out, eyes narrowed.

The contract they'd made was, technically, invalid, as they'd both attacked each other (even if Hibari wouldn't have called when he did an 'attack'); the little Gate-keeper should've been happy he still retained all of his brain fluid as Kyouya spoke.

"Actually, Hibari, you should be more worried about who's going to bite you." Those were the only words he said, before those spiked rhino-boots swung around, connecting with Hibari's face. It was chance that Haine had run into this...and he liked Nata well enough to stop a completely one-sided fight.

The albino grinned fiercely at Hibari, teeth bared. Forget the herbivore--there was a stray dog on the prowl.

"Come on now, I thought you didn't like bullies, Hibari."

Nata swallowed the lump in his throat, his eyes were starting to sting from the tears starting to form. It wasn't just Hibari...but the Gate not working as well, if not more so. The NPC leaned back against the wall more so, just wanting to sink into it. This was too dangerous and wasn't he suppose to try and avoid conflict with Hibari? Yes, Mukuro told him too, but it was a little late for that.
Before Nata could even answer the question, another voice cut in and before the NPC knew it, the raven haired man was off of him thanks to a good kick.

"....." Blinking, Nata shiftd his crimson gaze from Hibari to his would be hero--"Hai-Haine......"

There was a thing about Hibari that only a few knew-- he did not like to be restrained. In any way, shape, or vague form: and the way the 'Gate' had picked him up too quickly to do get back his footing had been a restraint, even if it had lasted a simple moment.

Needless to say, Kyouya was not a happy camper with Nata, especially since Haine was the one to knock him away. Ignoring the blood that was threatening to get in his eyes, the Prefect's tonfa were held rigidly at his sides, even though he didn't move. "Don't get in my way, carnivore."

Now he wanted to test the little boy. Eyes rovering over to him for a brief moment before returning to Haine (he was the threat), Hibari's face twisted into a smile, though it wasn't one most people would like to see. "Explain what you did. Or can't you?"

"Knockitoff, Hibari." That low, feral growl was an unmistakable warning. Haine was an ass--and if Hibari wanted answers so badly he wasn't gonna get them. Red eyes narrowed at the teenager, and his hand tightened around the barrel of his Mauser. Get rid of the tonfa, get Hibari out of the way long enough to get Nata away.

"Do I have to show you again how deep blunt fangs can sink?"

He could explain, of course he could. He did was he was created and design to do. There was nothing different about that, nothing at all....expect for he couldn't connect. It didn't make any sense....

Nata frowned rubbing at his eyes before letting his hand rest gently on the shoulder that was stuck. He was not meant to take damage, his body was too small to be that of a fighter. No, only collect data and protect the gate.

Lifting his gaze, he glanced at Hibari sullenly. ".....I can. But not to you..." He muttered before looking back to the albino fighter, grateful for him. He would have to thank Haine for his aid, later.

"...."

The deal, in Hibari's mind, was officially off. He actually did take a step forward, ready to pull back and swing forward like always, but the carnivore's (he only knew the other's name by Nata, and who knew what grounds they were on) words jerked him to a halt. No, no, no; Kyouya did not enjoy being restrained at all, and this restraint... why. It was like that Horse's.

This would not do.

Head tilting to the side in a false-casual manner, Nata really was forgotten, entire concentration focused on 'Haine.' "Do you want me to cut them again?" A dog was not a horse, and Kyouya would not listen to either.

Alright, it was gonna be that way. Never say Haine wasn't quick on the draw, aiming and firing to knock the tonfa out of Hibari's hands before lunging to slam the boy into the ground. Ugh, how annoying--hadn't Hibari already learned this once? No matter. All he had to do was keep Hibari down long enough for a disappearing act.

"No, Hibari, I want you to fuck off."

"Haine! He's to dangerous to engage in comba---" His words died on his lips as he watched the albino dog lung at Habari. He could guessed that Haine was a strong fighter from talking with him and seeing him in person now. But still didn't change that fact that Habari was also a strong oppent. He has a history with Chrome and Mukuro, that was enough reason for Nata to settle on that reason...along with being clocked on the shoulder and pushed around.

Kyouya moved as the shot rang out, tonfa firmly in his grip and moving quickly - not quick enough to dodge Haine, but fast enough to attempt to slam the bar down on the back of the other's head, hating the vulnerable position but not able to do much about it.

Oh, he'd learned a few things. Such as the other's ability to regenerate, but that wouldn't matter if he was knocked out, now, would it?

Sadly, Haine had a hard head. Another low snarl, and he reached to pin Hibari's arms down--wait, why bother? Haine snorted, slamming the teenager's head down against the ground. All he needed was for Hibari to pass out, black out, stop moving for a moment so he could get Nata out of their. One hand for the tonfa and one for Hibari's head. It all worked out, right?

As did Hibari. He'd already started moving to knock the other off when his head was slammed down, a force of which put black spots in his eyes and the arm not grabbed at flipping the tonfa long-end first to just jamming in at Haine's side.

As an almost vague afterthought, he hit the switch on one of the captured weapon's compartments, the sharp hook flipping out - either to catch Haine's hand or spike through it, who knew? Was there any interest in Nata any longer? ... Not really.

Ow. Motherfucking ow, there was a spike in his hand. There was a yelp, and then a truly creative string of invectives as Haine slammed Hibari's face down into the ground again, much harder this time. He stood then, yanking his hand free of the spike--goddamn, that was worse than getting shot in the hand--and turned, picking Nata up as he moved past him.

"We're leaving now. C'mon."

Nata was making his way over to the two, thinking about possibly trying to re-open the gate to get Hibari off again--but that thought was short lived as Haine past him, scooping him up and making the blue haired NPC blink, surprised. "Haine...."

His gaze shifted back to Hibari who was thankfully being left behind, he'd run into the raven haired fighter again. The Hotel wasn't that big and he had connects with Mukuro and Chrome. "....."
