Thorsten couldn't help but give Ana a 'oh hush' look. He didn't like the woman being down on herself. He'd always seen her as a wonderful person. Bad things sometimes just happened. Even to the best people. It wasn't her fault. He'd been around long enough to know that people came and went with the tides. Honestly his time with the circus was the only really time he'd set roots down and allowed himself to get close to people. Well..other than his exwife, but that had ended badly. He'd met people there that seemed more stable, less...floaty. Ana was certainly the chief among them. She had loyalty which was something Aria lacked. Or at least in his opinion. Plus she could handle her booze. That was key.
The man's lip quirked up slightly at the mention of the beach, but he hid it behind the rim of his whiskey glass. It could have almost been a smirk. "Well you in a bikini would make other heads spin instead." Was his playful reply. Though he was sure it would. He'd certainly have to keep his eye on the beach. "We might end up with half the staff calling in sick with whiplash."
