While Bitsy had been the responsible little girl and told Baba Violette where it was that she intended to go and with whom, Orion had been sent to go check on his little cousin. Sightseeing in Rome had not been something Orion intended on doing with his time there. Why would it be? Americans might have found staring at old buildings some kind of novelty but for those that lived in Europe, there was only so many times one could stare at an old building. His homeland had been very rich in history as well, yet all people focused on was Romania and specifically Dracula- who had not even been Dracula, but Tepes.
That all aside, Orion would wait until something interesting started to happen and some excitement trickled into his knowledge. If there was a fight, he'd be there, or if there was some bridge high up, he'd have fun crossing it, maybe exploring the catacombs, but then he was not stupid enough to continue where he might get lost. Orion had not died yet and wished to push off his rebirth for as long as possible.
Dressed in a white short sleeve button down, a dark blue vest, and pants, Orion trudged through the sand to where the blonde and Bitsy sat playing. "Hey, Baba Violette sent me with lunch." He called out as he approached. Orion held out a basket piled with breads and a creamy cheese-like substance with herbs mixed in.
While he had told those that ask that Baba meant grandmother and it was used in such as case, it really meant Old Woman- which some Romanians might use in an insulting manner, but worked within their family as a kind of honorific given that Violette was not actually everyone's biological grandmother and acted as a family leader instead.
"I hope Bitsy isn't being too much trouble," he smiled at the blonde. "I'm Orion."
