Who: Madeline Kemp and Open What: A girl's gotta eat When: May 1, morning Where: Dining hall Warnings: Will update as needed
Madeline woke up a little after 9, blinking around in the unfamiliar light. They'd moved during the night, she knew that much, but she wasn't awake enough yet to process much beyond that. She yawned, stretched, and got out of bed in search of some painkillers. Three shows a night was usually her limit, and it always took a toll on her. She'd gone straight to bed after the last one, and the resulting headache was not unlike a hangover.
Locating her pills, she down four with a glass of water. Her stomach chose then to growl, and she decided she really needed to eat. She pulled on some clothes and headed outside, breathing in deeply. She loved the first sights and smells of a new location, and this place was just beautiful. As she stepped outside, she remembered. Louisiana. That's right.
She took her time wandering down the pathways, enjoying the feeling of the sun on her skin. She was in no real rush, but she was still making her way steadily towards the dining hall. Once inside, she selected a few things for her breakfast, and settled at one of the long tables. The hall wasn't particularly crowded just now, but she didn't mind. She planned to linger over breakfast, then perhaps shower and go meet up with Rhine to explore later. No hurry, though.
