Body shaking, Issac managed to sit up to take the cup from her hands, making sure he didn't touch her and inhaling deeply. The mint made his temples feel better even if the shouting still existed. Thoughts were safer from him in this state because he could not focus enough, distinguish one set from another even with the close and long distances that affected how loud they were. Everyone was loud.
"It's never going to be fixed," he growled through his cup. "They hate me. I know too much I know too little and everything stabs me to see how I bleed."
A hand rose to his temple again, patting the area as if to see if the blood was still there. Everything had memories too, but the memory blood was gone. Green eyes looked over to Khalida and his head tilted. "Do you hear them too? The shouting? The burning... that sizzle... the waves of liquid.. Rex... Nine... Two... Seven... pools of symbols... those invisible creatures to all, they are tricksy... they didn't know... and why is he here!"
