Parenting in the Pagan Traditions
Dancing the Circle 'Round
|Theme:||Parenting in the Pagan traditions|
|Location:||duluth, Georgia, United States|
|About:||I'm a new mom and a High Priestess in a Neo-Wiccan coven. I'm raising my daughter to be open-minded about religion and faith. She'll go to church with our friends who are catholic, her cousin who is episcopalian, and she is a member of our coven. Elora is 6 months old and I'm hoping that when she is older she can choose her path of spirituality with a clear mind, open heart, and she'll be comfortable with her relationship to the Universe and the Creator. Be it Lord and Lady or God may she be strong in faith. |
As Neo-Wiccan parents we face challenges. Other people who don't understand our faith often become more troublesome when you have children. This community is for those of us who follow a pagan, Wiccan, heathen, etc walk of life who have children and wish to raise our children in our faith.
A few rules:
1. Keep to topic. Parenting challenges or life in general with children and our faith.
2. No bashing, flaming, trolling, etc. You will be booted and I won't ask questions. You'll simply be gone. Debate is fine and good, but let's remember we're all adults.
3. cut tags are our friends. you know where the FAQ is, please use cuts for pictures or lengthy posts.
Come and be Welcome!
