kidnapping/ambush plot
All characters that wanted to join the kidnapping are in the thread now. So we can go on and have the evil guys attack soon.

What do you think, shall we make two groups of the evil characters and attack both exploring groups? Or shall all evil characters attack Johns group? Lees group could hear shooting then and come to help.

I will already start a post for Ruby when she comes to the good side of town later on day 4 to tell people about the prisoners. So, Sam, Dean & Jo, if you still want to be in the thread feel free to jump in. ;-)

I'd say attack and Lee's group hears. That way we get everyone in the same thread more quickly I would think.

I did do some research at BSWiki and weapons' manufactureres' sites on the weapons and wanted to do a post of Lee explaining to Loz. I sent Kara-mun a PM last night and was waiting for her to agree that both will have a handgun while Kara will have the carbine (sniper weapon) and Lee the submachine gun (Personal Defense Weapon) which is consistent with what they've had before in canon.

If I don't hear from her within an hour or two do you as mod think it will be ok for me to go ahead with that? I'd like to get a chance to make that post before the attack goes down given all the time I spent researching.

	If you want, go ahead and post. If that info is consistent with what both used before they surely would still use the same weapons. They all find their own things in their rooms after all. We can definitely wait with the attack until you posted. ;-) (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Done. It was kind of interesting to read that they were also using the P90s at first but switched from them because they were being used on SGA. Of course I couldn't use any of the Earth names talking about the weapons. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	I'm glad. Like Lee I tend to over think. So I can drive myself crazy sometimes when I research my posts. I did find it interesting that they were for the most part real weapons. The addition of the explosive round chamber on the pistol is the most extensive modification from what I could tell. (Reply to this) (Parent)

I thought Faith, Ronon & Teyla would hear about the rescue together. Probably from whoever hears it from Ruby. If Faith already knew about it before she met Ronon & Teyla I guess she would be off rescuing them already and not greeting new people.
Or what did you think? Shall Faith hear about the kidnapping before she meets Ronon & Teyla? Then I'll make her run into Ruby or whoever she talks to before meeting the two.

Lara and I were talking about the plan we had for Carson and Rodney going to the hospital, then leaving again so they can run into Ronon and Teyla. That's a lot of thread jumping so we've decided once we get the boys and Izzy into town, we're going to have them bump into Teyla and Ronon instead of going to the hospital. Plus, it'll be better if John were there when they meet Jennifer since neither know of her, and I'm afraid Rodney might freak out and think she's a Replicator. ;-) I'm sure Carson will take Torren off Teyla's hand when they need to leave for the rescue. :-)
