Natasha was about to protest, but stopped as soon as Clint gave her that look. The way he was proactive about caring for the dog and her kittens already made Natasha swoon, but that look just made her want to melt. With a nod, she said, "Okay, I'll get it set up. Just make sure she stays and starts to trust us."
Then she left. She went upstairs to one of the guests rooms and took the blanket and some pillows. She brought them back down, then went to the basement to gather the crate and a box with some sand in it. Bringing them back up, she put the sandbox in the bathroom, then went to the crate. She set the pillows and blankets in it and made sure the animals would be able to settle comfortably inside.
It took her almost a half hour to get everything done, but when she was finished, Natasha stood up and wiped the sweat from her brow. She was about to leave when she remembered that the animals might be thirsty, since they were hungry before. She filled a bowl with water, then left it by the bed.
Once she was satisfied she then went to Clint, the dog, and the kittens. "Okay, it's all set."
