Evienne froze momentarily when Ambrose opened the door. She had been hoping and expecting that it would be Buffy. That way she could have immediately launched into what was bothering her. But now she was nervous. As nice as he was, the vampire was a Master. He could easily take her back to her own house.
"He's not my master," came the immediate response, her head ducked slightly. "And I don't know where he is, he doesn't tell me where he's going. But I need to talk to Buffy and I know she's probably shackled to the wall by her ankle somewhere to keep her from leaving but she's the only one who can even remotely understand what's happened not to mention that she's my only friend. I can't even mention this to Lucius because he's the goddamn devil not to mention I dont think he knows I left the house Friday and even though she's probably grounded and house bound until the end of time but I really, really need to talk to her!"
Everything the brunette said seemed to be at warped speed and all in one breath. But she wanted to get what she needed to say out just in case Ambrose didn't want the trouble she was probably bringing by being there and hauled her back to Lucius' house
