"Is that...?" Elena put her book down and sat up when Damon pulled out the tub of ice cream from his bag. The human perked right up, a smile growing on her lips, before she pushed the covers to the side and crawled to Damon in just the t-shirt she was wearing. She had stopped wearing Stefan's shorts after the tub talk.
"I can't believe you actually brought me ice cream," Elena said unable to stop smiling. "Have I told you I have only had it once in my life? The camps can't keep it from melting in the summer and it is way to cold to eat it in the winter."
