Meet Parker Halliwell!
Heya! Maxi here again with my second character.

Please meet Parker Halliwell she is the oldest child of Phoebe and Coop, she's got a lot of 'Prue' in her. She's strong, she's brave, she has very high morals, but she loves bad boys. She's very protective of her little sisters and would do anything for them. She'd die for them in a heartbeat. She considers Wyatt and Chris to be more like annoying big brothers sometimes, but she adores them. She loves all of her cousins and would do anything for them.

Parker currently is attending the University of San Francisco, with a major in Business. She also is working at P3 as a bartender. She needs money for shopping after all! To find out more GO HERE!
